allow to build tool "qhelpgenerator" without "assistant"

    Description

      Presently, to build the tool qhelpgenerator that is required when doing a cross-build (eg. for android) it is required to build the complete "assistant" dir.
      Would it be possible to isolate the build of "qhelpgenerator" from "assistant" so that it would be built even if we don't want assistant (eg. FEATURE_assistant=OFF) ?

      By the way, maybe this will permit to skip also "FEATURE_printsupport"
