Location package should have a dependency to Positioning

    Description

      Qt Location and Qt Positioning are two independent packages in the online installer. Currently, they can be installed completely independently for a given Qt configuration.

      Anyhow, Qt Location requires Qt Positioning at build time. So the package in the installer should have a dependency from Qt Location to Qt Positioning.
