[Regression] qtsvg wrongly renders empty paths

    Description

      The fix for https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-132468 introduced an regresesion where empty paths are now rendered as a dot. No other SVG engine does this. See attched example and screenshots from qtsvg and chromium.
