Finally add feature to connect SIGNAL to SIGNAL in connection editor

    Description

      What is only needed - show appropriate signals in the list together with slots. May be in separated section. Qt allows connect SIGNAL to SIGNAL and this is VERY USEFUL. But QtDesigner still cannot do this in connection editor. And this is VERY ANNOYING.
