Please add a non-visual QAbstractItemModel component to fill data in design time

Since this is a non-visual component, it must be placed in separate window (maybe, by default, bottom to the Form Editor).

There must be a dialog window to edit the data. It must be a tree-editor.

Also there must be published model and rootIndex properties for all components in Widget Box to assign appropriate data.
