scroll via the scrollbar is not smooth when using viewing a PDF inside a QWebEngineView

When viewing a PDF inside a QWebEngineView on a touch-enabled device, using touch gestures to scroll via the scrollbar causes them to stuck and difficulty scrolling using the scrollbar, resulting in unreliable scrolling behavior. However, scrolling works correctly when using a mouse.

The application is developed using Qt 6.8.1 and runs on Linux Debian 11 (AMD64 build).
And then A Pdf is loaded and displayed inside a QWebEngineView. When the user tries to scroll the PDF vertically by interacting with the scroll bar using a touch gesture, the PDF viewer's scrollbar becomes stuck and only moves slightly.

This seems to be not rendering pdf file with Qt6.8.3 on windows and some time crashing with Qt6.9
