Accessiblity:voice over can't read table content

    Description

      Voiceover on mac can read the table fine when it's loaded on a regular chrome or safari browser, but it always says "empty table" when I use it on the webengineview.
      You can see an example of this problem by loading this page with chrome versus the webengineview.
