using "Narrow No-Break Space" instead of ASCII space increases top margin on labels with ubuntu font

      When using "Narrow No-Break Space" (U+202F) instead of ASCII space with Ubuntu font, the top margin on labels increases. This can be demonstrated by localizing time with toLocaleTimeString().
