Shortcuts trigger while QFileDialog is open

macOS 15.4.1 might be important, as I can reproduce the issue all the way down to Qt 6.2.

Steps to reproduce:

• Start Qt Creator
• Open a file
• Click into the file editor so it has focus
• Start File Dialog (Cmd+O)
• Press Cmd+A

Expected Result:

• The File Dialog handles the Shortcut

Actual Result:

• The Texteditor handles the Shortcut
