Description
Add new section to the "get, build & install Qt"-page (to cover the customer feedback as reported under https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTIFW-3712):
- heading
- "uncommon use cases"
- body text
- "We recommend performing a clean installation on each computer where Qt framework is used.
