Code window document select dropdowns crash on hi-dpi

Found in Qt Creator:

On a mixed-DPI Windows 11 system, opening a code editor document select dropdown are rendered blank or cause a crash.

I do not have access to an all-hi-dpi system to check whether this only affects mixed-dpi.

In 16.0.0 they were usually rendered blank and would occasionally crash. The size appeared correct, but there were no rendered items.

In 16.0.1, they usually crash. When they do appear, they are blank.
