macOS: VoiceOver on tables always reports "column 1 out of X"

    Description

      Conditions: macOS 15.4.1, VoiceOver enabled, speech verbosity set to high.

      Navigating left or right over any table (e.g. the cached table example) will always output "Column 1 of X", regardless of which column is actually being navigated.
