QScrollArea returns at most QSize(36*fontHeight, 24*fontHeight) as its sizeHint

at the end, the size hint is bounded to 36*h / 24*h, so a scrollarea cannot return a good size in case the widget is larger.
 
That boundedTo should be removed in my opinion.
