      Modern web browsers have support for capturing screen content through the Screen Content API https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Screen_Capture_API.

      We should adopt this backend to improve our WebAssembly support, making Qt more competitive on the web platform. This API requires that we use a content-picker, so it could be beneficial to improve our screen-capturing APIs to support this nicely.
