After

https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/642618
in qtdeclarative, the Qt6::qmltestrunner target is no longer part of Qt6QmlToolstargets.cmake and thus not available for other projects.
This causes the failed build in https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/jobs/2927378
