applicationmanager\custom-appman not launching on Windows on ARM

    Description

      Install Qt 6.9.1 Windows on ARM binaries, including Qt ApplicationManager,

      configure example applicationmanager\custom-appman

       

      C:\Users\qt\RTA\Qt_6.9.1\6.9.1\msvc2022_arm64\bin\qt-cmake -S C:\Users\qt\RTA\Qt_6.9.1\Examples\Qt-6.9.1\applicationmanager\custom-appman -B C:\Users\qt\RTA\Qt_6.9.1\Examples\Qt-6.9.1\applicationmanager\custom-appman\bld_msvc2022_arm64 -GNinja -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release

      -> runs ok,

       

      Compile cmake --build -> also ok. But when launching application does not start, error dialog visible about missing Qt6Quick.dll.
