RuntimeLoader example fails on Android because assimp plugin is not deployed

plugins/assetimporters/libplugins_assetimporters_assimp_arm64-v8a.so does exist in the package, but it is not deployed with the example. The AssetUtil and AssetImport libraries are deployed, so there is probably a missing dependency somewhere.

This also happens with a local build, so it's not a packaging issue
