    Description

      tst_QScroller::overshoot() is currently flaky. A patch was pushed to test overshoot always off and slow:
      QScroller: Fix no overshoot behavior (619197) ยท Gerrit Code Review

      However, this patch has made the test flaky on several Windows version and is now the most flaky test as of week 21.
