Add a CustomSeries that allows users to create their own 2D graph types

CustomSeries should support at least:

• value (= medium in the pic)
• minimum value (= lower quartile in the pic)
• maximum value (= upper quartile in the pic)
• upper limit (= upper extreme in the pic)
• lower limit (= lower extreme in the pic)
• other?

For instance:

Create an example showcasing the CustomSeries with a candle bar or a box-plot (in the pic) chart.
