Deploy the infrastructure for running eLinux CI auto tests

      We need embedded CI auto tests for early error and bug detection. Lack of the auto test causes regression and release blockers, so it's essential to make it work.

      The epic should include tasks for 3 teams: CI team, Linux, and QtMM.
