Documentation doesn't mention qmljsdebugger flag for enabling debugging

      a9e5329168cd9113bf41293c05193d8b099494c6 replaced the QML_DEBUG_SERVER_PORT environment variable with a 'qmljsdebugger' command line argument for enabling debugging mode. The "Debugging QML" docs in doc/src/declarative/qdeclarativedebugging.qdoc needs to be updated to reflect this.
