No drag cursor when dragging under wayland

      To reproduce, run attached example and drag from the window to another application that accepts text (for example Qt Creator).

      The cursor remains the same that it was when the drag started and there is no indication whether a drop is accepted.

      Ubuntu 22.04 with Gnome.
