    Description

      Install Qt 6.10.0 cross compiled Windows on ARM binaries on Windows x64 machine, inlcude QtEffectMaker. See installed content, no binary files installed, e.g.

      6.10.0\msvc2022_arm64\bin\qqem.exe

      Native Windows on ARM has those installed.
