When selecting the country for the keyboard layout, the list initially displays only two entries. However, upon scrolling, additional entries appear unexpectedly. This behavior is inconsistent and may confuse users, as it initially gives the impression that only two options are available.

1. Build and run the attached example project
2. Navigate to the keyboard layout selection screen.

        3. Open the country/language dropdown list.

        4. Observe that only two entries are visible initially.

        5. Scroll down the list.

        6. Additional entries begin to appear as you scroll.
