Installation of QtPdf is failing due to Sbom

    Description

      When building QtPdf it builds without problem but at the time of installation it is failing. Even using DQT_GENERATE_SBOM=OFF is not helping.

      all the required binaries are getting generated correctly. Its just the instalation that is failing

      Configuration:
qt-configure-module.bat "C:/Qt/Source"-- -DFEATURE_qtwebengine_build=OFF

Build:
cmake --build . --parallel

Installation:
cmake --install .

Error:
-- Starting SBOM generation in build dir: C:/Qt/Build/qt_sbom/qtpdf/staging-qtpdf.spdx.in
CMake Error at qt_sbom/qtpdf/DocumentRef-qtbase.cmake:12 (message):
