HTML <select> hoover display is broken with QWebEngine

    Description

      Hey,

      With QWebEngine, when I display a web page containing <select> components, the hoover of the component is broken on Windows (works well on Unix & Macos).

      What append : I click on the select, the list appear and when I move the mouse over the elements, the "blue" hoover stay. (video attached).
