GridView should have same add and move transition properties as Grid

Same thing for ListView, as Row and Column have the add and move transitions.

With the add and move transition properties missing from GridView and ListView
we're forced to use Grid and Row/Column kludge workarounds when the view
elements would be the perfect solution.
