Touch input issue occurs when ListView overlays QML MapView.

    Description

      A touch input problem occurs when a flickable element, such as a ListView, is overlaid on a QML MapView. In such cases, touch-based scrolling does not work as expected and it seem to propagate the events to QML MapView. 

      To reproduce the issue, run the attached example project on a touch screen, and scroll over the ListView.
