create new flags for QGraphicsItems

      It would be very well to have new flags in QGraphicsItems.

      For now you can disable opacity at child items and ignore it from parent items but no colorized effect from QGraphicsColorizeEffect class.

      These new flags could be named like the followings:

      QGraphicsItem::ItemDoesntPropagateColorizeToChildren

QGraphicsItem::ItemIgnoresParentColorize
