Scroll events are passed to the underlying MapView when scrolling reaches the top or bottom of the ListView using the mouse wheel.

To reproduce the issue, run the attached example project and scroll mouse wheel reaching  the top or bottom of the list.

The issue doesn't seem to appear on Windows.

NOTE: It should work as described on linux. So the ticket suggests it doesn't work on windows.
