Run Gradle builds directly from CMake targets

Have CMake generate build targets that directly invoke Gradle to build APKs, AABs and AARs without going through androiddeployqt.

Also, it would be expected to have/add a way to handle product flavors, have custom artifact names and locations. This can be done by properly integrating with Gradle's build variants https://developer.android.com/build/build-variants (at least to a reasonable degree).
