Handle template and Android properties placeholders from CMake

      The various templates (the manifest, Gradle files, some resources) could be managed by CMake directly. That includes their properties and placeholders that androiddeployqt is populating nowadays. By doing that we would be cutting that intermediate step of taking properties from CMake to the JSON settings files (or XML dependency files) then to androiddeployqt.
