Background-color of Qt checked buttons in Windows11 do not work

    Description

      Style sheets of checked buttons background color like QPushButton, QToolButton do not work in Windows 11. It is always blue. But it worked fine in Windows 10. I test previous versions (5.15.2), and it also worked fine.
