      tst_qxmlstream timeouts on VxWorks on Intel

      initTestCase function copies many folders, this takes time

      on VxWorks ARM it takes less than 600s, on VxWorks Intel it takes around 900s

      QTEST_FUNCTION_TIMEOUT is set to 600s for VxWorks
