Patch_capabilities.pl script doesn't give enough information to use about what it does, especially when it is run automatically for self signed packages by createpackage.pl script.. Make it print a note about each item it patches in pkg. Prefix the messages with a common tag to enable tools like Qt Creator to easily parse them and notify user appropriately.
