Description
After seeing this task https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-104356
we can take a look again in 6.10 and 6.11 to see if we can make it better.
- CRA and "security aware". Maybe group the security topics and link to the group page from here
- Mention newer modules or updates
- We could sort the references to modules based on their placement on the "stack". For example, link/hardware layer, transport/IP layer, application layer, browser layer, platform/Qt Assembly layer, and so on.
- Create a clearer definition for "Networking", "Connectivity", "IPC" based on mindshare/tradition/product placement.
Update:
I am looking into the different modules and I see that the grouping could be better. Some modules could be highlighted to be especially relevant for embedded users: CoAP, MQTT, OPC UA, and so on. These should also be somewhat part of the IPC overview. Remote objects, D-Bus, and GRPC are also part of this IPC topic.
So I am somewhat including IPC as part of the bug and task. Start with tighter categorization and grouping of modules and see what needs to be done.
