The sslConfiguration and sslDtlsConfiguration QML types that were introduced in https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/497467 have a problem with the sslOptions property.
Setting the property does not replace the ssl options on the internal configuration, but simply appends the provided options to the existing configuration. At the same time, reading the property value back gives a false impression that the options were actually replaced.
