[Reg 6.8.3->6.9.0] Virtual keyboard is totally broken because it depends on Qt MultiMedia

      Run our virtual keyboard example (https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtvirtualkeyboard-basic-example.html) and it fails with:

      qrc:/basic-b2qt.qml:9:1: Cannot load library C:\Qt\6.9.1\msvc2022_64\qml\QtQuick\VirtualKeyboard\Settings\qtvkbsettingsplugind.dll: The specified module could not be found.

      That is because that qtvkbsettingsplugind.dll somehow depends on QtMM:

      That does not make any sense. The same problem happens to release plugin too. MinGW plugin is affected too.
