System tray issue on the mac platform

I've encountered a bug on the mac platform. Could you please help me ? Let me describe it roughly:
0. Qt SDK 5.15.19
1. mac 15.x system (Systems larger than macos11 can all appear)
2. The example of systray that comes with Qt
3. Click on the system tray and repeatedly switch between our example window and the Windows of other applications
4. When our example window is invisible or inactive, click on the icon of our example in the dock. At this time, our main window cannot be activated

May I ask if there is any patch that can solve this?
I'm in version 6.8. This problem has been solved, but it's impossible for us to upgrade to this version immediately. Thank you
