    Description

      Fix the typo in the licenseRule.json in qtbase:

                  "ests/auto/testlib/selftests/": {
                  "comment": "Exception. Those are test files",
                  "file type": "test",
                  "spdx": ["LicenseRef-Qt-Commercial OR GPL-3.0-only"]
                  },

      The fix needs to be picked to all relevant branches, also tqtc/lts-6.8.
