[REG dev] Fusion: Buttons and comboboxes outlined

      After recent changes of the Fusion style:

      • the checkboxes are outlined - it's good
      • but buttons and comboboxes are outlined too - it's ugly

      Please compare how the old (fusion-old.jpg) and new (fusion-new.jpg) controls look.
