tst_qsettings: Memory corruption when running tests with JSPI

    Description

      Running this test with JSPI enables WebIndexDB backend for QSettings on WebAssembly platform.
      This turns out to be problematic and results in memory corruptions: ` RuntimeError: operation does not support unaligned accesses`
