Revise 'Solutions for Application Development' page for 6.10

      Improve the Solutions for Application Development overview page.

      Title

      The title is 'Solutions for Application Development', but the scope is beyond the 'Qt for Application Development' product. Maybe rename to 'Solutions for Developers'?
