[iOS] Duplicated menus on long press in Text Field – app and native context menus both shown

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open ToDo list or quick controls gallery.
      2. Make sure the material style is set.
      3. Navigate to any text field.
      4. Long-press in the field.

      Expected: Only the native menu is shown.

      Actual: Both native and material menus are shown.

      Reproducibility:  100% ** 

       

      NOTE: The issue is not reproducible with 6.9.2.
