qmlRegisterType() needs version information

If a class registered via this function adds new properties, for example, then the version information is needed to make sure those properties aren't available when using an old import statement.

This is not required in order to ensure apps work with new releases, but will aide in finding errors when coding against a newer release while targeting an older release.
