Install Qt 6.9.2 Windows on ARM binaries, including WebEngine on Window on ARM, configure example simplebrowser:
qt-cmake -S C:\Users\qt\RTA\Qt_6.9.2\Examples\Qt-6.9.2\webenginewidgets\simplebrowser -B C:\Users\qt\RTA\simplebrowser\bld -GNinja -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
-> finishes fine, compile: cmake --build C:/Users/qt/RTA/simplebrowser/bld
-> also finishes fine. Having C:\Users\qt\RTA\Qt_6.9.2\6.9.2\msvc2022_arm64\bin in PATH, launch exe, no output on console, but popup dialog visible (see screnshot)
