localization documentation shows wrong catalog name for Qt WebSockets

      https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/localization.html#use-qt-module-translations shows the catalog name for Qt WebSockets as qtsockets instead of qtwebsockets.  Without the correct catalog name, applications wanting to localize strings in that module will fail to get the proper translations.

      I assume that this problem still exists in the latest Qt version.
