Cursor is flickering when it is moved by placing and holding finger on the word and not flickering if I move the cursor from the spacebar (video attached).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open quick controls gallery example
2. Run the app on an iOS Device
3. Open the TextField page
4. Write any text
5. Tap and hold on the word and move the cursor
6. Now tap and hold the spacebar to move the cursor

Actual Output:

In both methods of moving the cursor, it should not flicker.

Expected Output:

Cursor flickering when moved directly from word.
