[REG: 5.10->5.11] SE_TabBarScrollLeft/RightButton have no effect on stylesheet style anymore

      Probably caused by the fix to QTBUG-69653.

      In attached example, the left button is moved to the left side of the QTabBar, but it appears in its default place when stylesheet style is used.
