[regression] App window blank when switching from background to foreground

      When activity being resumed from paused state (e.g when screen turned off then on or user switches activities) app window become blank, nothing draws, accompanied with such output in console

      /W/default : QRhiGles2: Failed to make context current. Expect bad things to happen.
W/default : Failed to start frame

      Issue reproducible with any Qt Quick project on physical devices & emulators (i have tried Google Pixel 6a with Android 15, Pixel 3a with Android 12 and Android emulator with Android 15.
      That's new for 6.9.2, there was no such issue with Qt 6.9.1. Any workarounds?
